Claudia Flores is the Director of Marketing and Communications for PVD CAP, where she helps tell the story of the organization’s work and the people it serves. She focuses on making community resources easier to understand, more accessible, and more visible through website development, branding, social media, outreach materials, photography, and event communications.

Originally from Colorado, Claudia graduated from Colorado State University and began her career with a strong interest in storytelling, design, and community connection. She has since brought that creative background into nonprofit communications, where she enjoys turning complex information into clear, welcoming, and useful content for the community.

Claudia recently moved to Rhode Island with her wife and their two animals, and is proud to now call Providence home. She is passionate about using communications to build trust, highlight meaningful work, and help individuals and families connect with the support they need.
