CAPP Café is PVD CAP’s community food truck, offering affordable meals while supporting the broader mission of PVD CAP. Operating from our Hartford Avenue parking lot on many weekdays and appearing at community events throughout Providence, CAPP Café helps connect residents with quality food, local resources, and greater awareness of PVD CAP’s programs.
As a mission-driven food truck, proceeds from CAPP Café help support the Food Pantry and other PVD CAP initiatives that serve Providence residents.

Emergency Meal Support
One of CAPP Café’s most important purposes is crisis response. During FEMA-related emergencies or community crisis situations, the food truck may be dispatched to areas where warm meals are needed most.
When activated, CAPP Café helps ensure that individuals and families impacted by crisis can access free meals and immediate food support.
