Elizabeth Castellano

Chief Operating Officer, Leadership Team

Originally from Puerto Rico, Elizabeth moved to the Bronx in her teen years before moving to Rhode Island in 1999. She has 20 years of experience in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, and Accounting. Before moving to CAPP, she worked for the Rhode Island Department of Health, Rhode Island Department of Human Services, and Providence Housing Authority.

At CAPP, she has served as Director of Human Resources and Facilities Management, Acting President & CEO, and is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer.

Beyond CAPP, Elizabeth is a proud mother of three and the owner of Fitness For Me, where she helps women determine and achieve their fitness goals. She has extensive educational achievements, including her Fitness Certification from Penn University, Personal Trainer, and Sports Nutrition Coach from the National Council. Strength and Fitness (NCSF), and a Master Trainer Certification in Chronic Disease Self-Management from Stanford University. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration on Human Resources from Johnson & Wales University.
