Frank Paul
Board of Directors
Frank Paul is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, educator, and community leader
committed to advancing behavioral health, education, and community empowerment. He serves
as an Assistant Professor at the Community College of Rhode Island, where he prepares future
human services professionals through courses focused on addiction, assessment, and helping
practices.
Frank brings extensive experience working with individuals and families impacted by trauma,
social inequities, and behavioral health challenges. He is also the founder of Empowered Legacy
Center, a mental health practice dedicated to strengthening individuals, families, and communities
through culturally responsive care and community-based initiatives.
His leadership interests focus on expanding access to mental health services, strengthening family
and youth support systems, and building collaborative partnerships that promote long-term
community wellbeing.
